No, anyone is welcome! Most of our students start as complete beginners. We have programs for all levels, from Level 0 (Survival Spanish) to advanced conversation.
Yes, anytime — no penalties. Our guarantee policy allows you to get a full refund if, after your second class, you decide not to continue.
No penalty. Cancel directly with your assigned teacher via email or WhatsApp.
The first time you cancel outside the scheduled time, you won’t lose the class — you can reschedule it.
After the second class, if you cancel improperly (outside the agreed time), the class will be deducted from your purchased sessions.
All our teachers are bilingual. They can speak Spanish (to help you practice) and English (to explain difficult points if you’re a beginner).
